Not much to say about, but here is what it looked like in our room today.  Hope everyone has a fun and safe couple weeks!

Holiday Celebration

First, I would like to thank everyone that brought in items for the Hospitality House.  It was a tremendous and overwhelming amount.

I would also like to thank all of our parent helpers for the party, and anyone who brought in things for our party.  It went very well and I think the kids had a lot of fun!

Toys in space

We are exploring some common toys herr in the classroom, but tomorrow we will see how those same common toys behave in space. Should be interesting.

Puzzle number 1 finished!

This was an easy 100 piece. We are practicing many things building puzzles, but mostly we practice synergy.  Our goal is to work as a team to finish puzzles. 

Hour of code!

The kids are learning the basics of coding by programing the Angry Bird to squish the pig. There are many more programming opportunities. These links will be live for a while and you can find them on the class website.

We are trying to make sense of our data we collected on Friday...it wasn't easy, but we persevered and got it done.  

Friction experiment

We are measuring how much force it takes to start an object moving. We've made our predictions, now it's time to get some results.
